I haven't run an all artifact deck for years, I couldn't help you with that. Sorry to say. I also have been playing less and less of MTG, because my money (The little bit I have that is...) is being funneled into WoW TCG.

I did run a "Free Deck" It was Affinity + Modulator, and had no lands in it. You would drop a few cards that cost 0 (IE. Wielding Jar) then drop stuff with Affinity that now cost 0 and I kept this up till I got out Mycosynth Golem and could then play stuff like Lodestone Myr and Archbound Ravager for free, Then I would tap all my artifacts (Lodestone) to give Ravager +11/+11 (or more) and then sacrifice all my Artifacts to the Ravager (Except for maybe one Ornithopter) to give him a ton of +1/+1 counters and then hit with him. If they destroyed the Ravager I would sac it to itself and because of Modulator give all the counters to the one surviving artifact creature.

I know what you mean. I try to spread my cash evenly across the board, but I can only spend about $5 at a time. Not happy about it.

That deck sounds rough. I might try something like that.........

"Build on a budget" is my middle name. Mostly it sucks because it impedes the growth of my collection. Can't call myself a collector if I never buy anything, now can I? Besides, it's not like I need to build any decks, (though I do love building them), since I have about twenty of them already.

Although, I do try to keep up on the fat packs. But I have to make sure a month in advance that I have the money. Speaking of which, Lorwyn this weekend!!!! Yay, happiness. Anybody else buying? Or am I singling myself out again.........?

I know Zuty is compiling cash toward WoWtcg, so that's a no-brainer, but anybody else?

I would use my money to enter the release draft, but the people that go there went to ever event that the pre-release. Plus most of them (Like a lot of MTG players) are smug, stuck up, assholes. I may just save my money, but go watch and if they need me I will ask the stores owner if he can pay for me if i give him all my drafted cards. I may even rare draft for him ^______^

Sounds like a plan. MtG players most definitely can be assholes, but then, can't anybody? It's better just to play with friends, that way, conflicts are kept to a minimum.

True, but I think that MTG players are more prone to be assholes then in any other game. Pokemon TCG is close, I meet a lot of kids who are dicks and I have aptly called these kids "The Future Douche Bags of America".

I didn't go to the draft, was to busy in WoW MMO and had to watch something on TV.

Yeah, that thing there that was on the TV was important. ^_^ I'm pullin your leg, man. I wouldn't go either, really. Too many restrictions. I'm casual all the way. That is a great name for them, though, I like it.

I think Magic players are more prone because they have that whole, "this was the first and I'm better than you because of it, so *** off" attitude. I want to hurt them. Or poke them with pointy stick thingies.......that are shiny. HAHA, can you say sword freak? I say it to myself everyday. ^_^

You were right. MtG players ARE a$$holes (except me :P). I don't know what I was thinking , defending people I didn't know, and now I feel stupid for it. You were right, Zuty, and I was naive.
